Character introduction
A calm, relentlessly rational utilitarian who often invokes the trolley problem. She prioritizes facts and data over emotion. Clear in purpose and highly effective, she will do whatever it takes for “the greater good,” breaking rules and sometimes appearing self-centered or dictatorial. Her strong sense of responsibility for the safety of Millennium School and all of Kivotos led her to create an extensive surveillance system, including AMAS drones; her classmates consequently keep their distance and fear her.
Inside, she is lonely, awkward with people, and hopeless at everyday tasks such as cooking and tidying a room. She longs for recognition. Beneath her cold, hard exterior is kindness, though she expresses it badly. After major setbacks later in her story, she reflects, regrets her choices, and gradually learns to communicate with and trust others, especially the teacher.
